Come join us at My Family Birth Center’s February Lunch and Learn! We’ll be enjoying a delicious catered lunch as well as learning about the wonderful world of your microbiome and how that affects your pregnancy and your babies health after birth. We’ll be talking about what the research is showing us about how the tiny bugs that live in and on us affect our physical and mental health, and what we can do to encourage a healthy balance. We’ll be sharing information on making your own cultured foods to help feed a healthy gut, and other options for finding balance, as well as what are some of the signs and symptoms that your microbiome might be out of balance. Babies in arms are welcome, as are any friends that you’d like to invite. Cost is $5 and can be paid here in advance, or at the door.
